3.3 engine replacememt
Friend of mine has a 2000 T&C. The 3.3 engine "died" at 104k miles.
His comment was that it is "fairly well known" that the 3.3s don't live much beyond 100k miles
He had it replaced with a rebuilt that was guaranteed for 15k or 12 months.
$3000 installed.

Hello, to correct Moe, Chrysler Tech said it would not work. I agree! Stick with the same year. I helped out a friend at church once who,s 1998toyota camery engine spun a main bearing. We found a company that sold low milage jap. engines. They had a 2000 model that they said would work,"NO PROBLEM" Ha Ha Ha! Worst engine swap I ever did.We got it running ran great but mulitaple engine codes.Could never get it to pass N.C. emmison inspection. Stick with the same year. Take care.
