4th Gen rear rust issue?

Here is a question for all the 4th gen mini van owners. I see a lot of vans with rust issues right under the rear tail lights where there is a weld. How many other van owners have the same issue?

I have a 4G, it doesn't have any rust there. I wouldn't wait a second to get it fixed.
