Default 93 T&C with hard bake pedal

I do have a 93 T&C with hard brake pedal, I was told that the only way to fix is to replace the Hydrobooster due to a problem seen in the system, and this problem is seen and Chyrsler takes care of it, does any of you know? how can I deal with it since I'm in Mexico?
Any comment or recomendation will be appreciated.
Regards to all.

This is true, As there is a recall on the pump assembly. BUT......

There is a mileage limitation, it only applies to Bendix-10 manufactured pumps, and the lines and hardware are NOT COVERED... Nor are any electrical or mechanical defects "Above and beyond" pump replacement. There is a diagnostic procedure the tech will perform, to verify that the pump meets recall replacement criteria. Any defects that prevent the completion of the test will be your responsibility .

Your best bet.....Call the local dealership...give them your VIN number, and ask about the open recall...."685" .
