97 T&C LXi with Vibration @ 30 MPH

97 T&C LXi with Vibration @ 30 MPH
1997 T & C LXi with the AWD. Almost 140,000 miles.
When it hits about 25-30 MPH it starts vibrating like crazy, smooths out to almost unnoticeable above 35 MPH. Just had the tires balanced and all that checked and front breaks were just done recently. So definately not Tires.
I suspect it could be the U- Joint in the rear drive shaft. Because when I sit in the second row of seats that feels about where it is originating from. How ever we had just got this I think it was rebuilt just under a year ago.
What do you guys think? Any other ideas or is that it?
