Default Shimmy between 35 and 50 MPH

My 1996 Plymouth Voyager shimmies and shakes (you could even say it shudders) when accellerating between 35 and 50 MPH. If I lift my foot off the gas it stops. I noticed that the motor mounts are worn could this be the problem. It just went through its Maryland safety inspection and had the right inner tie rod end replaced and was realigned so I am pretty sure that it eeverything underneath there is ok.

Thanks in advance for any help.
