Default 97 Town & Country Runs Very Rough

I'm working on a 97 T&C which has a very hard start and when it does start it runs very poorly and won't stay running. The only check engine light it has every set is "computer controlled air and fuel metering." Replaced computer, crank sensor, plugs and timing chain (because it was really loose.) Tested the coil also and it was fine. Haven't tried cam sensor because I don't want to throw any more parts at it. Please let me know if you've had any similar problems or have any idea as to what I can do. Thanks.
