98 Voyager Heater blowers blowing mad from cold to hot.

98 Voyager Heater blowers blowing mad from cold to hot.
Please help,
My heater come and air blow is messing up.
If i got the hot air on max what ever i turn the control to " footwell / front blowers" it will just stick on the window screen vent
If i turn it to cold
It i will move the blowers to front vent but not any where else when i turn it..
HELP
