Default 99 T&C drivers seat adjust

The drivers seat adjustment system just started acting weird. It was working fine.
Now some of the switches or adjustment directions just click. And then some the switch to make the seat lean back makes the whole seat bottom slide back. The switch seems to work ok. I have looked and felt under the seat and some motors work but some just click. There is a control type black box down there too, could it be that? Or the motors? I assume the control box as it seems to be confusing which switch activates what motor, and some motors don't work at all now.

Can that be replaced? repaired? Maybe from junk yard?

Right I figured that. But seems like just 1 or 2 of the motors are out.
Is there anyway to adjust those manually as the forward and backward works great. Just need to get the recline up a bit.

Or can I replace the 2 broken motors with something from a junk yard maybe?

U should be able to remove the shaft from the motor to the set and adj it up that way.

Have you or anyone done this before? Any tips or steps on how to.
Just wanted a heads up before I dive in there.

Thanks in advance.
