It has a control for both sides plus rear passengers.

All the levers move except when changing temp on either side nothing moves, but left side works as normal. On the passenger side under dash above glove boxes is a metal unit about 8" long and 3" thick and tall and has wires going in each end what is it. It has a light blue wire going to it which is the same color as wire coming from RH temp control.
