Default accessory outlets and dome lights in the front of van

My accessory outlets and dome lights in the front of the van just stopped working, I assumed that it was a blown fuse but I am not sure on which fuse it is considered or if it is actually in the box under the hood or the special box under the driver seat that needs to be "reset" by the dealer. Today the engine light went off and the OBD reading says it is an EGR issue, I am not sure if it is coincidental or unrelated with the problems starting within a couple of weeks of each other??
