Default Alternator attaching bolts keep breaking

Hi,

I have a 2005 T&C with the 3.7l engine. My alternator has fallen off three times now because the attaching bolts keep breaking. Actually a mounting lug on the engine timing chain cover broke off one time, and I had to replace the whole cover. I put the bolts in with Loctite, and even went to grade 12.2 hi strength bolts. Had one break again yesterday, and I can't get a tool in to back it out this time.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks,

Jeff

What are you torqueing them up at. And you are a sadist, loctiteing your bolts then having to drill/extract them.
