Default Any ideas???

Does anybody know whether the fuel lift pump and sender unit from a 2.5 crd will fit into a 2.8 crd? Chrysler weren't too helpful today. If anyone could help that would be great as I have located a couple of cheap working units at a local scrappy.
Regards
Dan

2.5crd faults on here about air getting in fuel filter at rear axle and causing engine shut downs so can't imagine there's a pump in the tank otherwise fuel would be leaking out at the filter.

The one I have seen is describing it as being integrated with the fuel level sender unit? When i compared the two they both look exactly the same. I can try and post a link if it helps.

Goggs that is perfect. Well I think I am going to order the one I have seen. It's only £30 and they both look identical. The only issue being that the wiring loom on my 2.8 may not have the capability of powering the pump so I might have to run a couple of wires to a 12v feed somewhere. As long as the unit fits it shouldn't be a hard job. I have had the tank off before and I have access to a ramp. I shall keep you updated if it is a success or not.
Cheers
Dan
