Default Auto lights won't come on.

I noticed that my lights are not coming on when it gets dark anymore. What could this be.

First check the controls and make sure they are set properly.

I have the headlights on auto so they should just come on at dusk. Not sure what other controls to check.

Which Chrysler type you have?
It amazes me how much luxury additions some Chryslers have.
Mine has very little luxurious nifty tools being a Grand Voyager 2.5 CRD SE model.
If got the Infinity audio option, AC and cruise control, thats it. but no on board computer or electrical sliding doors, light switch sensors or such.... well what is not on the car cant get broken either

The DRL's should [country code specific] come on :

- whenever the vehicle is running, but the the headlights are off, and the parking brake is off
- example driving through a badly lit tunnel should switch them on
- there is a software code in the BCM that a mechanic can switch on or off [country code specific] under the 'customer preference' section

Ann Garcia,

Are you able to turn them on manually?
May be a sensor issue.

This may or may not apply to your auto lamps not working. Do you have an auto dim inside rearview mirror? If so do you have it turned on? On the Pacifica Chrysler used the auto dim inside mirror to control auto headlamp and outside driver's rearview mirror.

My 2.5CRD has them all except auto lights. Only problem is the doors which work sometimes
