Default automatic door issues 2004 T & C

I'm having issues with my automatic doors on my 2004 Town and Country. The driver side sliding door opens rarely. When I push the button, the door will try to unlatch but thats it. The passenger door works fine most of the time. Sometimes it will get almost closed and kick back open. Then I just push the button again and it closes. The back lift up door will open rarely when I push the button. Most of the time it doesn't. When I push the button, it will unlatch and I can hear a motor inside the van running but the door will not lift. I need some suggestions on fixing this since I just bought the van and the dealer will not help me out in any way with this issue.

I have another question about power sliding doors. Power open/close works fine on both sides but when I try to open the driver's side manually, I need to use a great force while the passenger's side opens very easily. It feels like there is some resistance from the power motor when opening driver's side manually. Does this make any sense?

Yeah it's kinda like getting old. You fall down easy when acted upon by an outside force, but walking is kind of a bitch...lol

New door motor. It's the inside of the motor that's dragging.

Whole new motor assembly seems like an overkill... But thanks anyway.
