AWD Overrunning Clutch & Power Transfer Fluid

Default AWD Overrunning Clutch & Power Transfer Fluid
I have a 97 awd T&C & the owners manual says to change the Overrunning Clutch & Power Transfer Fluid at certain intervals. I don't see a drain plug for either. Looks like Power Transfer Fluid could be changed by removing cover thou. Is this a dealer only type service?
