Unhappy Back Tires/Rotor/Brakes Noise

Hey Guys
06 T&C
I just this morning put on New Pads and rotors on all 4 of my brake system
i have all disk brakes and when i was all done i took it for a test spin

and the rear two are making a grinding noise i thought it needed a little wear so i drove it some more but it just didn't go away so i jacked up the back two and took of both tires made sure everything was tight on both.. they seem fine..

lastly i put the tire back on and just when i spin it it has a grinding noise

I called my in law he said something about the parking break...i re pushed down the pbrake and let it up but nothing... Anyone got any ideas ?

Thanks A TON in advance

New info
Just took the caliper off and left the rotor on and spun that it made the noise when it is tight when i pull it off so its at the end of the lug nut threads no sound and when i remove the rotor no sound..

I don't know if it has something to do with rust idk...

Any ideas?
