'97 T&C Lxi. I have been trying to fix my cooling fans. I replaced fan relay and the 40 amp fuse for the fan and they still don't work.

Well last night I was taking another look at the fans, and I started to move them with my hands. The driver side fan spun pretty freely, but the passenger side fan was barely move-able. It felt like it was binding up pretty bad. I made sure it was catching on any other parts.

So would I be able to fix that one fan w/o replacing the whole assembly? Or am I going to need a whole new assembly $$?

Ironically I just found out that I have a leak from my radiator, and it will need replacing. Thanks for any advice!

call around parts places see if they offer the whole assembly or just one motor
