Default Belt Tensioner

97 Town and Country, 105K miles. I developed a high squeel under the hood today. Sounds like the belt tensioiner went bad again. I had someone replace it for me last time. I plan on doing it myself this time. Are there any tricks to getting this off and back on again? Thanks in advance for any advice.
