A/C leaking oil under dash
I have an 01 T&C, My AC stopped working one day and was blowing out a nasty smell. When I went to pull the A/C filter from under the dash it was covered with this oil and that's were the smell was coming from. I looked under the dash were the filter went and there was a line with foam around it drenched in the same oil. Does anyone have any idea what this oil is and how i can fix it....

The smell and the oil that you found is R-134a Refrigerant from your
A/C system, the Evaporator leaked Refrigerant,
the Evaporator needs to be changed.
