Your voyager should have the high speed Can-Bus, introduced in 2008.

Thank you for the quick reply.
Since my radio is defective, I now want to replace it with another radio.
The defective radio is NTG4 REW, P05064402AJ.
The new radio is also an NTG4 REW, P05064742AC and is from a Grand Voyager from May 2009.
So, according to my research so far, it should fit - is that right?
Does this new radio require a special safety code for commissioning, because the previous owner did not need a code despite repeated removal and reinstallation and even when replacing the car battery.
Thanks again in advance and with best regards
Christian

The radio should work. I believe you will need an anti-theft code for the radio (most european radios do). If you go back to the home page here and scroll down to the audio/visual forum, someone will be able to get your code. You will need to provide the s/n of the radio. I find it best to take a picture of the label to avoid any typos. Once the code has been entered into the radio, the radio will be 'remembered' and the code not needed if the radio needs to be removed and reinstalled in your vehicle.

You may find that the radio does need coding - but not the normal 'anti-theft' code; the radio (at least in the pre 2008 Voyagers were coded to the VIN, therefore they could be taken out, battery removed etc. .. but transferring to othervehicle may require programming - probably via CAN.
