To unlock the radio from Chrysler, you need the serial number of the radio:

and part number:
Pxxxxxxxxx
Most models do not require a part number.
The VIN code is not provided.
The code is provided within a few minutes after payment for the service,
but there are exceptions:
1). The dealer's potal is being tested or disabled for technical reasons,
then you have to wait, I will say right away that this happens very rarely.
2). The serial number is not available in the European dealer base and is only in the American,
then you have to wait due to the time difference.
This happens rarely and mainly for Russian cars Volga Siberia,
