Default Chrysler T/C Outside Temp. Sensor

I just bought a 2003 Chrysler T/C LX. Have a couple of issues I need help with. The overhead console monitors several engine functions as well as a compass and outside temp. readout. The outside temperature readout apppears to be 5-6 degrees above actual. Is there are away to recalibrate this sensor? Also the passenger visor vanity light does not work. Can the bulbs be replaced or is it a sealed unit? Thanks.
