chrysler voyager towbar help

we bought this 2004 voyager but it doesn't have the tow bar bit is the a standard voyager tow bar set up if so where do I buy the bit from to hitch up a trailer

Looks like a removable tow bar and ball fitting should either be in the car or. Your best bet would be the previous owner as its probably cluttering up his garage. Its not in the jack housing is it.
