Default Climate control changing Fahrenheit to Celsius

I have a 2008 chrysler grand voyager touring, the climate control displays in Fahrenheit, as I am from UK it would be good if it displays in Celsius, does anyone have any ideas how to change it?
Thanks

Do you have the drivers handbook for your car?

I do yes but it refers to a menu switch at the side of the steering column and unless it is hidden doesn't exist!

Overhead computer, press menu until you get to something along the lines of "Display US or metric". press "step" and it'll change to metric/celsius.
I like all the other displays showing MPG etc, so I just leave it on US.
