I have 3 Chrysler T&Cs my 09 is A 3.8 I am getting 2 codes P0203 and P0303 they just started this past week. after checking them and clearing them I have found that they only come up after the engine has warmed up and when they start the engine runs very rough. I have cleared them and the engines runs as normal until it warms up to normal running temp. Any idea as to what would cause a misfire at that point and then when cooled down and codes are deleted runs fine until it warms up again can. anyone help me?

so with out looking at the fuel injector or the wire harness connector your just clearing the codes?
