Default codes P1648 & PO700

I get theP1648 and PO700codes from the odometer of my 2001 Town and Country. Could someone please tell me what these could mean. I know the PO700 is a transmission code but the van runs fine and shifts normally.
Thanks

Cool 02 Chrysler T&C

My 02 3.8 T&C started bucking, like running out of gas, after leaving highway speeds for in town, then speedo started swiping side to side and ultimately stop working, which then caused the van to go into limp mode. Codes PO731 PO700 were pulled from ODB. I replaced the input / output speed sensors, with no luck. The day after this happened I got in the van to try it, after cleaning the connector on the shift module. No difference. The day after that I drove it, stop and go for about 5 miles, and it was fine. Parked it for about an hour to fully charge the battery, tried it, and back to where I was, in limp mode. It also stalled, with out warning, 3x the last time I tried it. Any ideas?? Don't want to start throwing parts at it, and hope something fixes it.
