i just recently bought a 2001 limited town and country and noticed a coin holder in the storage bin under the cup holders. where does this go or where does it clip in so that it is stationary and can be used as needed?

There should be guides on the left side of the lower CD panel/storage below the cup holders. When you slide it in, the coins will face the driver. Good luck!
