Console panel lights

No lighting in the climate control console panel.
Button lights works and the buttons are working too.
The rest of the cabin lights works.
The fuses are under the hood checked, all ok.
where to look for a mistake?

This is the same on my 2005 Chrysler GV 3.3L...

I assume you can see the temperature reading ok? I can see the temperature on mine.

I will need to power up my 2003 Chrysler GV 2.5 Diesel and check that, as I haven't used it in a while, been meaning to for a while now to check it out but just got use to the Climate panel not lighting up.

Yes everything works, only there is no backlight.
The upper buttons are also lighting missing.
Probably some kind of interruption somewhere., need to have a scheme.

I assume the both posters here are not from the NA market. BUT at the age of your vans, the bulbs do burn out and may need reoplacing, did you pull the trim plate and control; panel and check them????

The error must be on the BCM block , plug C4 pin11..?

I removed the battery cord for 2 hours, and now all OK.
