I have an 08 T&C touring with the 3.8. It recently just hit 60000 mi and the check engine light came on. I had it checked and was told a bad egr valve. Not long after that I started smelling anti freeze. Do I have two separate problems or can the egr cause problems in the cooling system.

 

yes 2 separate the EGR is for exhaust not cooling

 

Do you know of any problems with the cooling systems in these vans

 

its a leak have some one pressure test the system see where it is leaking from.
