Default Cylinder head L/R difference

After removing the heads on my 2005 3.3 v6 Grand Voyager to replace the rear head gasket, I am saddened to find the rear head cracked. The head looks destroyed.
What I would like to know is what are the differences (if any) between the left and right (front/Back) heads? The casting numbers are the same on both: 4694688AA, and they look identical.

If I can source a head labelled as right or front, will it fit?

Input from any of the Chrysler Techs would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Adey.

From 2004 parts manual I make the two cylinder heads 4694 686AA. Covers are different of course. As are Cylinder head joints. The sellers will prefer to sell you a Left or a Right just in case.
