Cool DTC fault code

Hi,

Our Voyager 2.8 CRD went in for a service due to a yellow engine light coming on and when the engine has been running for a while it takes a long time to start.

The service center advised us that 1 injector and solenoid has to be replaced.

The Voyager was sent to an auto electrician who tested the injectors and told us they are fine.

Now the service center tells us that it must be an electrical fault or the computer box is faulty as they get a DTC fault error.

They also told us that each time they connect their diagnostic computer to the vehicle they get a different error.

Can somebody please advise if they had a similar problem ?

Thanks in advance

Regards

You can get the error code yourself as described somewhere on this forum: It will display after you switch the contact on-and off (do not start) about 3 times in 5 secs. After you get the code you may look through the threads here or post again.
PS: The dealer has an OBD reader that reads out more information than just the code.

If you can't get the codes yourself ask your dealer what codes they got + the description that goes along with that codes that the DRB displayed.
