On my 2006 Town & Country my mil has came on, retreived codes and po138 & p0406.
One is high voltage 1/2 o2 sensor and the other is egr valve. Any infor on either code would be greatly appreciated.

You probly got all this but anyway

p0406: EGR Flow Sensor A Circuit High Input

p0138:O2 Sensor Circuit High Volts (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

 

There is sensor located is it and easy fix on the sebring 2.5 l (1996)

 

2005 grand caravan 3.8 shows PO138. Changed both O2 sensors and then installed new CAT. Still shows PO138! HELP PLEASE.

 

did u use bosh o2 sensor?

 

No. 1/1 DENSO, 1/2 NAPA maybe Boch
