Default Electrical fault voyager 2003

Hi, first, excuse my english, from Sweden .
Have a voyager 2003, 2.4 manual and some electrical issues I need help with.

Symptoms: Dashboard, main lamps, rear, blower, everyning flashes now and then. Not all the time, but more often then seldom.

Changed the battery recently, no better (the old one was realy tired).

Changed the alternator yesterday, still same.

New belt also.

It realy doesnt mather what rpm Im at.

Extra is that the A/C is working normally but I cant turn it off, so I removed the fuse.. winter here now, no realy need .

The rear wiper is offline, but I think its the motor. And now the electrical mirrors stopped working.

Everything else is fine doh, but the flashing tells me that something is major wrong.

When the flashing is ongoing and I hook up the multimeter on the battery it goes up and down from 12.5 to 14.2, was the same before I changed the altenator, and when the flashing stops, the voltage at the battery is stable at 14.2.

All this is ofc when the engine is running. Sometimes is better at idle and comes with the higher rpm, and flats out at idle again, sometimes no diff.

Ideas? Earthing? If so.. where to look, there are like 1 billion connections...

Some at the swedish chrysler forum says "cold soildering"..?
Some say PCM box.. or the voltage regulater, wich is located in the PCM box right?

If I change the box, say to a used one, is there any programming?
Are there any other "standard" programming, test things to "reset" something to solve this?

Thanks in advance.
