I jhave a 1999 town & country LXi and the interior lights wont come. can this be a fuse issue or is it something more severe? also the windshield wipers are not functioning. not sure if its the inside switch or is the the motors themselves? i have look all over this forum and it seems to be a common problem with these vehicles.
