Default Engine cooling fan motor replace

2000 T&C Limited, 3.8. 2 electric fans on radiator all within one shroud assembly. One fan is on driver's side while the other is in the center of the van. That center motor is rough and needs to be replaced. Can I replace just the motor pretty easily? It lists for $55.00. How does the fan come off the old motor and can it be used again on the new motor? Entire assembly with both motors and fans is $85.00. Does the radiator need to be drained and pulled for clearance? Looking for easiest/cheapest route. Thanks.
