engine light illuminated...

Default engine light illuminated...
on my 2001 T&C. I know it could be one of 1000 things, but coolant level seems to be good, oil level is fine, temperature guage is fine. Any thoughts??

turn the key on and off 3X a code will come up where the miles are

Default I turned key on/off 3 times...
and the first code displayed was
p1684
and the second code was
p0455

I did replace the battery a couple months ago so I guess that explains 1684.
P0455--I have no idea what I am looking for.
