flashing dashboard lights

2003 T&C.This morning a cold morning the van starts fine.While on a very short drive all of the dashboard lights started flashing.The tach and speedometer moved back and forth simultaneously as well as the gas and temp gauges.When I finally stopped I turned the van off and tried to restart .No start.Waited 10 minutes and she starts.Went home,ate breakfast,went back to check it out and she won't start.There was some corrotion on the wires so I cleaned it off.Then she starts with no flashing lights or guages.4 hours later she started again.
ANY CLUES FOLKS?The corrotion was not that bad for this reaction,[/blockquote]
