Default Flashing headlights and 4 ways

Hi everyone - Sorry if this has been discussed.

I have a 2003 Chrysler T&C 3.8L and up to tonight everything was working fine. However, when I went to unlock it tonight with the keyless entry - the headlights started flashing (did not stop) and the 4 ways came on also (not on the inside of the van - just exterior). I got in and started the van, and the lights were still flashing on the exterior - I tried to turn on my headlights- the dashboard lit up like always - but they were still just flashing on the exterior.

The only way I could get it to stop was disconnecting the battery (when ( reconnect - all is still flashing on exterior). I did pull the relay from under the hood to get the 4 ways to stop- but the headlights were still flashing.

What could be causing this to occur? I was thinking it would be a fuse, are fuses located somewhere besides under the hood?

Thanks for any help that you all can provide. I appreciate the effort.

There maybe a flash for the BCM module, there is a TSB 08-035-03. This may fix your problem.
