Folding mirrors dont work
- it takes less than 3 minutes to take one off, must be the easiest GV job ever
- should work with or without IGN on or off or even key inserted
- start by looking at the (1) switch, then look at the (2) [in mirror] connector & wiring
- suggests (1) switch
- all darkcild101's wiring is all to hell anyway, start at (1) then do (2)
- lots of VID's on youtube showing a walkthrough
Best of luck.

- I'd also give you a free 'deep' read and clear all the crap code from your 3 puters
TBH the mirrors either are fixable, as in a broken wire or switch - or they are not fixable as in 'necked off' where the two interlocking alloy rings mesh together. In either case you must pre-exclude wiring and switching before you even consider buying a replacement mirror at about £50 scrapyard price. Best of luck my mate !
