Default Friends that work at Dealerships can be a plus

I bought my van last November along with an extended warranty. I recently had A/C problems which was covered under my plan but here is the great news, my friend went through the whole van and knowing what parts were covered, he notified the warranty group and its all set. Some parts are having to be shipped in. Its not that most of these parts were going but hell, why not take advantage of what is paid for. List of some parts, pretty much the whole A/C system, harmonic balancer, cv axles, struts. I was also told to come back shortly before the warranty period expires for some more freebies.
