Default Grand Voyager 2.5 CRD LX

Hi all. I have a Grand Voyager 2.5 CRD LX, 2001, 120,000 miles which I have owned for 2 years. We are developing a few issues and I am trying to work out if it's worth fixing or not!

No air con - have been told the pump needs replacing
Heated seats not working
Handbrake not holding
Gearbox popping out of 3rd when selecting
Knocking/crunching noises from front end when steering
exhaust smell coming from air con blowers when on
Drivers window crunchy when moving up/down.
Drivers side passenger door will not work automatically

What a list... But I love the car!! Any advice appreciated.

Oh, that's bad, good luck with the repairs.

air con pump if it is that- get one from a breakers

heated seats could be a break in the wiring under the seat

jumping out of gear will be worn baulk rings in the gearbox either box rebuild or new box

steering noises could be the top strut mount bearings

blowing exhaust fume coming into cab will be a injector seal leaking is there a build up of black hard stuff around injector/s this can be a real pain to do cause the injectors get stuck in and may need a puller to get them out

window crunchy could be the regulator easy to change

passenger door do you mean not locking if so check the wiring where the door hinges are as the wires get weak and break or it could be the locking motor gone west check for supply at motor

a few biggies but not impossible are you doing the work yourself
