Grand Voyager Headlamp Washer
I have only just noticed that my 2002 UK Grand Voyager has headlamp washers, but sadly they dont work !, I have tried....
The Fuse, Swapping the relay and all fine.
Pulling up and down madly on the actual headlamp washer which produces a lot of foam but nothing else !.
Any ideas ?.

i have the same issue think it may be the pump which is halfway up the bottle near the wing you need to drop the bottle to get at it
i havent yet got this far with it ,but i tried all the same things you have so its gotta be the pump
