have only had this car since boxing day when i picked it up i noticed that when you had the blower blowing up on the windscreen the rear wiper came on at the same time turn it to blow into the cabin the rear wiper stops today i went out now no rear wipers at all even if you push the buttons for the rear wipers or rear screen wash plus i can not get it to blow up onto the windscreen now just blows hot air into the cabin will not blow out cold now if you put it on cold any clues what it could be thanks. it is a 1997 3.3 le

 

I have heard of this happening before although I haven't experienced it myself however, it can be caused by a dry or cracked solder joint in the PCB which sits behind the HVAC and rear wide buttons. The only fix is to either replace it or remove it and carefully resolder all the jionts.
