Default GV 2.8 CRD high beam warning light

Hi

2005 Grand voyager 2.8 CRD stow n go.
My problem is the high beam warning light isn't working, all the other lights work ok.
My manual says it's an LED. The binnacle is easy enough to get out but it looks a bit complex inside, don't fancy soldering an LED in, which way round etc.
Found a complete binnacle on ebay with the same part numbers, but the seller is warning "may need re-programming". Does anyone know if this is true?

Thanks in advance.

Well the answer is that it doesn't need reprogramming. I got a second hand one and just changed it over. Everything works except the high beam warning light! Oh joy.....! So I have a problem upstream, anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Rodger
