Hand brake lever

Hi, can anyone help with info, on the best place to get hold of a hand brake lever for my 02 Voyager SE, here in the UK........

Has the handbrake recall been done? if not will get a lever for free from the dealer.

As far as i know, NO the recall has not been done.
