Heated seats & overhead console not working

Before we begin, I would like to apologize for my English. It is not my second or even third language, and I make a lot of mistakes. I own a 2005 Chrysler Voyager 2.5CRD, and as I wrote in the title, my heated seats and overhead console are not working. I don't completely know what is causing this, that's why I came here. Replacing the console with another one did not give anything. The strangest thing is that once the console started working for about three days, heated seats started working aswell. The door buttons on the panel work fine, so I'm completely lost as to what it could be.
