Heater problem

Default Heater problem

2004 T&C 3.3 engine Heat gauge goes up half way and will have hot heat.Drive van and heat slowly gets cooler and cooler and then will start getting hot again,drive a little farther and will start getting cool again. Will start getting hot heat a little farther down the road.Heat gauge will still be half way all the time.Any one have any ideas

Thermostat jammed open is the usual one, esp if you've had blocked radiator problems. The see-sawing temp. is the giveaway. See my posting a few lines down.
