Default Heater unit

I have a fee problems with my new 05 town and country. It's spitting out P0032 and P0132 which are both O2 circuits. Now when I'm driving I feel the heat coming out of the heater but if you turn the dial it doesn't blow. It's still warm and coming out but it won't blow.

Is my issue with the blower or just an electrical problem with the dial?

Blower, control module, resistor, relay, fuse, control panel. Take your pick. Have you checked the fuse and swaped the relay with another like relay in the IPM? Know how to use a meter? Sometime all is needed is a good wack to the blower. It's behind the glove box.
