This one isnt just the motor only, its the whole thing. I was told it can be replaced in 15 to 20 min. anyone know how to replace it with instructions? i would appreciate it. I am struggling with both driver and pass window not going up or down and its hot out! (A/C works, but why use it once windows are down) Thanks all.

unbolt the regulator assembly remove the clips for the glass and remove it
