Default Hi and sorry

Hi and sorry new to the forums and i can't find what im looking for i have a 2001 grand voyager 2.5 crd lx i have had this for just over 3 years 128000 miles
i was in it the other day with a couple friends and when i was excelerating up a hill i felt the clutch sliping a little i tow a caravan and a boat
so i think i need to replace it the question is are these vehicle fitted with duel mass clutch kits or the normal 3 peice kits ie clutch plate presure plate and release bearings
i am doing the job myself as i have been a machanic for over 25 years but never come across one of these to do
so what clutch kit is for my car
there is a chassis number but not an engine number on my logbook
thank you for and responce paul

Why sorry????

PArts information shows the diesel engines as using a conventional clutch kit. the Modular, or dual mass, single piece clutch was used only on 2.4 gasoline engines.....
